2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO. When the site is accessed, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, including IP address, time, requested resource, browser/device information and referrer. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and stable website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact and callback forms

When you contact us through a form, we process the information you enter (name, phone number, email address and message) to respond to your request. For pre-contractual enquiries the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in communicating with you under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when no longer needed for the purpose and no statutory retention duty applies.

4. Email communication

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. The same legal bases described above apply.

5. Zoom Scheduler

An external Zoom scheduling service is embedded for booking appointments. When the scheduler is displayed or used, data may be transmitted to and processed by Zoom, including IP address, device/browser information and information entered during booking. Please also review Zoom's privacy information. Where consent is required, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR may additionally apply to scheduling an appointment you requested.

6. Google Fonts

The site currently uses Google Fonts for consistent typography. This may establish a connection to Google servers and transmit your IP address. Where required, the legal basis is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. A locally hosted font setup is recommended for a more privacy-friendly implementation.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

The website should be served via HTTPS to protect data in transit.

10. Version

Last updated: August 2026. This notice must be kept aligned with the actual services, plugins and technical configuration used on the website.
